IMO JUSUN Gets National Honours AS THE BEST BEHAVED JUDICIARY STAFF UNION OF NIGERIA
Imo State judiciary under the dynamic leadership of the Chief Judge, Hon Justice Theresa Chukwuemeka Chikeka has continued to break record and attract national attention as Imo JUSUN emerged the Best Behaved Judiciary Team as well as won medal in draft game and table tennis at the just concluded 30th edition of NASAJ games which was held in Asaba Delta State.
Imo State JUSUN Chairman, Comrade Prince Dozie who led his executive members to present the awards to the state Chief Judge noted that Imo State JUSUN made its debut appearance at the games in 2013 in Port Harcourt during the administration of Hon Justice B A Njemanze (RTD CJ), adding that since then , successive administrations never saw the need to sponsor the union to the games and thanked the Chief Judge Hon. Justice Theresa Chukwuemeka Chikeka and the Chief Registrar Dame Naomi Achunulo for believing in them when others never gave them a chance.
According to the chairman who stressed that challenged by the trust and support from the CJ, his executive worked hard even at the expense of their comfort to ensure that the effort of the management in this regard was not in vain, however hinted that despite their challenges, they were able to come home with a Bronze medal in Draft and a trophy for the award of Best Behaved Team of the tournament.
While expressing their unalloyed gratitude and commendation to the Chief Judge Hon Justice Theresa Chukwuemeka Chikeka and His brother Judges, the executive of JUSUN also presented the trophy award of the Best Behaved Judiciary Team of the tournament and Bronze medal won by them to the astute Imo Chief Judge, Hon Justice Theresa Chukwuemeka Chikeka .
