A Special High court session in honour of Late Chief Barr. Emmanuel E. Nwonye (KSC)

Justice Oputa High Court Complex in Owerri, Imo State, a Special High Court session was convened to honor the late Chief Barr. Emmanuel E. Nwonye (KSC).
