Swearing-in ceremony of Barrister Anthony Etosin John-Nwosu, Esq AND  Nkechi Yvonne Ugboaja Esq as a Notary Public of Nigeria was  held today the 20th of April 2023  by the Hon. Chief Judge of Imo State, Hon Justice T.E. Chukwuemeka  Chikeka (Fcarb)  at the Chief Judge's Chamber.
